Возврат товара осуществляется только в следующих случаях:
- неправильная комплектация заказа Организатором;
- наличие дефекта/брака товара.
В случае неправильной комплектации заказа или наличии дефекта стоимость обратной доставки Почтой России оплачивает Продавец. Возврат денежных средств Клиенту осуществляется в течение 5-7 рабочих дней.
Обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что товар принимается назад только в полной комплектации, со всеми упаковками и наклейками, в неиспользованном виде.
Возврат товара осуществляется тремя способами
- Почтой России;
- Через пункты выдачи СДЭК;
- Вызов курьера (услуга предоставляется жителям городов, в которых есть офисы СДЭК).
Возврат денежных средств
Возврат денежных средств Покупателю осуществляется следующими способами:
- на личный счет;
- наличным расчетом (только в пункт выдачи в г.Рязань);
- банковским переводом;
- почтовым переводом;
- в зачет следующих покупок
